Get your piriformis stretch on! Many of these are incorporated into basic yoga classes, an excellent form of exercises for bodies young and old, strong and weak. Here are 10 stretches to stretch out the piriformis, the muscle connecting the top of the femur to the spine, providing primary support to the outward movement of the hip, upper leg, and foot.
